“When it came time for our beautiful Labrador, Hagrid, to pass on, we were very sad but knew it was the right time to put him to sleep with love and compassion. However, when the vet injected him, his passing was anything but loving and compassionate and I was very traumatised and worried that I had caused him damage to his soul and he wouldn’t be able to rest in peace. I kept having flashbacks of his passing and was devastated. 

I contacted Diane and asked her to let me know if Hagrid was ok. I also asked if there was anything I needed to do for his soul, my soul, or for his forgiveness. Diane said she would get back to me the following day. 

But Hagrid wouldn’t let Diane see other clients. He was worried about me and insisted she give me feedback immediately.
